Channels — retail, outlet, wholesale

I've been in visual merchandising for over 10 years, with the last eight at Marc Jacobs. I started as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator supporting wholesale, and grew into my current role as Senior Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, overseeing visual execution across retail, outlet, and wholesale locations throughout the Northeast and Canada.

My role goes beyond maintaining brand standards. I partner closely with regional leadership and store teams to execute seasonal launches, new store openings, training initiatives, and operational planning. I've also developed visual merchandising training tools and processes that created more consistency across the field organization.

What I enjoy most is translating a brand's vision into an exceptional customer experience while building strong relationships with teams in the field. I like solving problems, improving processes, and helping stores perform at their best.

At this point in my career, I'm looking for an opportunity to continue growing as a leader, take on new challenges, and contribute to a team focused on both creativity and business results.
